Thornfalcon Car Show 2009

We met together at the usual laybay, Sharon and Steve W in Sharon's Triumph Spitfire MkIV, John in the MG1100, Joan in Peter's Triumph TR7, Glenn and Trish in Glenn's Triumph Spitfire 1500 and Dave and Kay in the Yaris! A nice drive up via Black Cat to Taunton but terrible traffic due to roadworks just the otherside of the motorway with tailback for miles - not ideal conditions for classic cars but they all seemed to cope. A lovely picnic was had and we met up with some of the Somerset area too. As usual, (not counting Stafford of course) Thornfalcon has been the best show of the year. |
