Triumph Sports Six Club International Weekend Stafford 2009

We've all looked forward to this one, infact Steve W and Sharon had ticket numbers 36 and 37, they'd book so early! Due to some unfortunate circumstances and a hospital appointment Steve W and Sharon couldn't make the trip up on the Friday in a Triumph but left early Saturday morning in a Ford Puma.

John and Joan in their Triumph Herald 948 met up with John and Sue in their Triumph Herald 13/60, Paul and Claire in their Triumph Herald 13/60 and Andrew in his Triumph Herald Coupe.

A lovely drive up the Wye Valley was followed by meeting Heather and Marshal at the guest house

Like last year, Video Horse Racing with Tote betting was the first nights entertainment in a nice big Concert Room on site.

The Heralds were all on display in the main hall for the 50th Anniversary of the Triumph Herald which was an amazing sight

We gave Marshal a surprise 80th birthday cake and cards, and a present (a TSSC Jacket) at the B&B in the evening.

On our return, some of us visited the Christmas Party event in another Hall on the site but most of the Devon Area sat around chatting outside.

Sunday saw the Concours judging in which John and Joan's Herald got 2nd place in the unrestored classification - well done!

Sunday evening saw a lovely meal at a local hostelry - the eating area seemed full of TSSC!
