North Devon Section Meeting at Blackmoor Gate, North Devon - May 2009

This is the fifth of our meets and we met in the public car park at Blackmoor Gate on the edge of Exmoor. John, Joan, Glenn, Dave and Kay turned up with Steve W turning up late with a huge suprise following behind. Chris turned up with a new purchase, a lovely Damson 1970 Triumph Spitfire Mk3. Glenn especially was jealous and offered to swap his 1500 Spitfire on the spot! We had a great time looking around the new car and we're looking forward to Chris joining us throughout the season. John and Joan came in Joan's Toledo, Glenn came in his Spitfire, Steve W came in his GT6 and Chris came in his Spitfire so we had four club cars in all. Kay and Dave came in their trusy Toyota! Our next meet is 16th June at 7.30pm at The Tarka Inn near Heanton. |
