North Devon Sports and Classic Car Club Bideford Quay Show 2008

Bideford Quay Show was on Sunday 25th May. It was organised by the North Devon Sports & Classic Car Club (NDSCCC). Some of us are members as they do some good events up here in the north and our group is made very welcome.

We joined up for the 20 miles (approx) run from Ilfracombe. 5 Triumphs! snaking slowly to a great venue and it stopped raining!

Peter led in his '47 Roadster, then 3 Spitfires; Steve, Sharon & Glenn, then John and Joan in the 948 Herald.

On arrival they lined us all up together with another green 1500 Spit (He is a 'sleeping' TSSC member and we hope to get him active). So, 6 in a row. It was a Triumph takeover! (not even Moggies could outnumber us).

Great day as the weather improved. Had lunch as a group in the pub opposite. Lots of interest in all the cars and a pleasant trouble free run home for us all.
